A chartered adjuster and international trade lawyer, is Executive Director of GRILAS and based in Johannesburg. He has over 32 years chartered loss adjusting and claims management experience in Sub-Saharan African markets, specializing in large and complex property, engineering, business interruption (BI/DSU/CBI), casuality and financial lines claims. Reuben worked for Munich Re from March 2012 for seven years, firstly in Mauritius as Head of Claims (Sub-Saharan Africa) before transferring to Johannesburg in 2015 until his depature in October 2018. Reuben has accumulated the following qualifications which balance his extensive experience. Master of Laws(LLM); FIFAA; FIISA, ACILA; AILASA; ACII; CFIP; Chartered Adjuster.

Managing Director/Executive Adjuster & Risk Management Consultant, Donald is a holder of a Diploma in Insurance and is a BSc(Agricultural Management) Finalist. He joined Guarantee Risk Management Consultants in January 2012. He has more than 15 years of accumulated experience in loss adjusting and risk management. Donald is well accustomed with loss adjustments of all short-term insurance classes including, agriculture, contractors all risk, fidelity guarantee, liabilities (product, public, environmental and professional), open marine, etc.

Operations Manager/Executive Adjuster & Risk Surveyor, Happyson is a holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies (Marketing), a BSc(Agricultural Management) Finalist and Certificate of Proficiency (COP. Happyson joined Guarantee Risk Management Consultants (Pvt) Ltd in 2012 and has more than 10years experience. Happyson is well accustomed with loss adjusting of all short-term insurance classes including property, agriculture, engineering, fidelity guarantee, liabilities (product, public, environmental and professional), etc.

A holder of a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) Finance and Banking (University of Zimbabwe), Lilian has more than 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, administration and human resources management.

Cloudius’s credentials include the following;- Bachelor of Technology (Hons) Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering (NUST), Master of Science in Renewable Energy (UZ), HND Mechanical Engineering, ND Production Engineering, Diploma in Short-Term Insurance (IIZ), Certificate in Quality Mngt System Development and Implementation/Auditing, Certificate in Occupation Safety health System Management (SAZ). Before joining Guarantee Risk Management Consultants on 1 January 2021, Cloudius has accumulated more than 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Renewable Energy, Mechanical/Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering disciplines. Cloudius has great passion in the technical and renewable energy industry which involves utility solar energy system designs and installation projects, thermodynamics, heat transfer, combustion technologies as well as other power generation alternatives like hydro, biogas and wind energy systems. He has been exposed to both internal and external training as well as practical experience in enterprise risk management, risk surveys, claims management and loss adjusting.
